One day ticket - 4 June
Valid for the entire 4 June programme only. Includes food and drinks on that day but does not include the Farewell Party.
Farewell Party
Goodbye event on evening of 4 June. Only available for participants with the Full Conference package or One Day ticket for 4 June. You can book this for yourself and for your accompanying guests. Maximum 2 guest tickets per participant.
Nocturne
Tickets for accompanying guests for the Nocturne evening event on 3 June. Only available for participants with the Full Conference package or One Day ticket for 3 June. Maximum 2 guest tickets per participant.
Newcomers Meet-Up
Date tbc: First time attendees of the Conference are welcome at the Newcomers’ meet-up. Places are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important information about this year's pricing:
- Tickets will be charged in SEK because the event takes place in Sweden and Ecsite must refer to the Swedish regulation for the event sales.
- For participants paying by credit card, the conversion will be made by the credit card company, referring to the exchange rate of the day of the transaction.
- For participants paying by wire transfer, the conversion will be made by the bank of the payer, referring to the exchange rate of the day of the transaction (bank to bank).
- The exchange rate used will be from the day when the payment is processed.
