2024 Call for Showcase proposals |
The call is currently open for Showcases only, for sessions and Pre-Conference workshops we look forward to hearing from you from September 2024.
Ecsite welcomes all professionals, both Ecsite members and non-members, working in and supporting the field of science engagement, to submit proposals for the Ecsite 2024 Conference.
Please read the following information to help you submit a successful proposal.
The Ecsite Conference is the annual science engagement Conference covering a broad range of subjects. From interactive exhibitions in science centres to collections in natural history museums, public engagement in science programmes, to STEAM education activities and management strategy. We welcome sessions and speakers who encourage engaging peer learning, critical reflection, push our shared practice further, and offer a broad overview of case studies from across the world.
The fact that the programme is created by and for experts in engagement and learning is unique. The result is a broad programme with something for all, delivered through a diverse mix of panels, debates, workshops and other formats. The Ecsite Conference audience is very responsive, likes to be involved and challenged.
We are accepting submissions for Travelling Exhibition Showcase, Grand Bazaar and MakeEcsite on a first come first served rolling basis. Closing date proposal submissions 13 April 2024
