The Annual General Assembly is the governing body of Ecsite and is composed of representatives from Full Member organisations who elect the Board of Directors.The European dimension of the Ecsite network is reflected in the composition of its governing body and advisory structures, where more than 10 European nationalities are represented at any given time. |
The Internal Regulations contain provisions which complement the Statutes of the Association. Amendments to the Internal Regulations may only be made with the agreement of the General Assembly. Changes were last made in June 2017.
The AGM has historically taken place during the Ecsite Conference. From 2025 the AGM will take place online to ensure all Full members have the opportunity to attend.
