The 2025 Conference and Trade Show will be held at Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, Poland. It comprises of a main building which houses exhibitions and a conference centre, the Planetarium, and the new Copernican Revolution Lab facility. The main building houses three permanent exhibition galleries, one temporary exhibition, two theatres, two laboratories, an educational FabLab (EduFactory) and the Thinkatorium workshop space. The Planetarium has a 16 m diameter spherical screen along with six digital projectors, a Megastar IIA projector in the middle of the dome, and uses its laser show system of 8 laser projectors.
In 2023, the Copernicus Science Centre opened the Copernican Revolution Lab, an R&D facility where lesson scenarios, exhibits, content and teaching aids are designed and created. The Copernicus team work hand-in-hand with scientific, educational, and business partners to create new knowledge and practical solutions that help others to experience, learn, and understand.

Conference Programme |
The Conference programme emphasises learning and networking in equal measure. The bottom up programme consists of 78+ parallel learning sessions, two inspiring Keynotes and multiple networking events including the Networking Gateway, the Nocturne in Copernicus Science Centre and the Happy Hour at the Ecsite Trade show. They are all included in the Conference ticket. Back by popular demand is the CEO Focus, for CEOs and Senior Directors of Ecsite Full and Associate Member Organisations and brand new for 2025 is the Marketing Focus, a peer networking event for Marketing Professionals or those responsible for marketing. The Newcomers Meet up for first time attendees and the Farewell Party are available at an extra charge. Additionally, New members are invited meet the Ecsite Board at the Onboarding Event. Accessibility

Brand new for 2025, two new tools will be introduced for improved accessibility of the event. The first is a simultaneous translation service where participants, with the use of their own mobile device, will be able to generate subtitles or translations during speeches at the plenary events and selected parallel sessions. In addition, a new wayfinding tool will be available for participants to find their way around the Conference venue.
