The 2025 Conference and Trade show will be held at Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, Poland

Who is the Conference for?

The Ecsite Conference is a friendly and approachable science engagement Conference ideal for anyone working in or supporting the field of science engagement from CEOs through to students. As the Conference sessions are naturally interactive, you’ll find making professional connections easy - all while exploring the most important issues and being inspired by the newest practices in science engagement.

Networking opportunities

The Conference programme emphasises learning and networking in equal measure. Many networking events are included in the main Conference such as the Welcome Networking Event, The Nocturne, Happy Hour. In addition, CEO Focus, Newcomers Meet up and the Farewell Party are available at a surcharge. New members meet the Ecsite Board by invitation at the Onboarding Event.
